 Weddings, The extra Info

Pricing on weddings involves many different facets.
Amount of time on site. Our basic rate includes 2-hours setup, 1-hour breakdown
plus 4-hours of play time.
Per hour over on our playtime is priced at $50.00 per hour extra, with an hour as a minimum charge.
So if you tell us that you just want our basic package, but we will be playing for 6-hours, that charge would start at $550., since that includes an extra 2-hours of play time at 50 per hour.
The difference between a "private event" and a "Wedding Event" is that I need to employ a 2nd DJ for a wedding, as we need one DJ to MC the event, as well as assist in setting up and breaking down.
 
An outdoor wedding generally gets charged an extra $50.00, as we need
extra equipment and set-up time to play outside.
 
Weddings are as high priced as they are, because much more prep time goes into DJ'ing a wedding. We spend much more time making sure we have the music requested of us, we bring a much wider selection of equipment with us, including back-up and redundant systems to ensure that in the event of any equipment failure with our equipment, we will still be able to perform for your wedding reception.
 
If the DJ is requested to be in a Tux, there will be an extra $200.00 charge plus the costs of the Tux's.
The $200.00 charge is for the extra time we will need to put aside for dealing with getting a Tux, plus the cost of the Tux Rental.
 
 For Bars and Clubs, we have various rates we will work at outside of what is posted here.

I *do* have the equipment to do any outdoor event, as well as indoor events.
We do our bests not to "over play" your indoor event, in other words, over power the event
so people cannot carry on a conversation because the music is too loud.
We monitor how loud we are and adjust it so your guests can enjoy the music and enjoy
their conversations.
